Contractor will provide all plant, supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials, and perform all work necessary to design, construct, and repair concrete airfield apron or asphalt runways on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Work will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2029. This contract was a competitive acquisition with three offers received.
