Government Description
The contractor is required to provide all management, labor, tools, equipment and vehicles to operate, maintain and repair the tertiary wastewater treatment facilities. Work includes operating, maintaining, and repairing eight lift stations, the land application site, and the tactical training base septic system. The contractor is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment such as manholes, force and gravity sewer mains, basins, HVAC equipment, valves, pumps, piping, emergency generators, motor conveyors, electrical components, instruments and gauges, and the scada system. Additional tasks include grass cutting and snow removal in all areas of direct control.
