SHEPPARD AFB SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION OF BASE ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS (SABER) IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITH A 5-YEAR ORDERING PERIOD. THIS INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT COVERS CONSTRUCTION EFFORTS AT SHEPPARD AFB, TX; THE SHEPPARD AFB RECREATION ANNEX AT LAKE TEXOMA, WHITESBORO, TX; AND FREDERICK AUXILIARY AIRFIELD, FREDERICK, OK. INCLUDES REAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, ALTERATION, AND NEW CONSTRUCTION, WITH INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS SPECIFYING REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDES ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, INCIDENTAL ITEMS, AND PERSONNEL NECESSARY TO MANAGE AND ACCOMPLISH THE WORK, AND MAINTAINS A MANAGEMENT OFFICE ON SHEPPARD AFB TO OVERSEE OPERATIONS.

Marrs Patriot Construction LLC, Wichita Falls, Texas, was awarded a ceiling amount of $9,900,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a contracting vehicle for Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. This contract obtains simplified acquisition of base engineering requirements. Work will be performed at Sheppard AFB, Texas; Sheppard Annex, Lake Texoma, Texas; and Frederick Airfield, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2030.
