Government Description
SBIR phase III IDIQ that will provide virtual reality content creation, training and assessment tool for the DOD as well as rapid content creation, playback and analytics. Includes development of immersive academics and training procedures for munitions and aircraft platforms such as F-15, F-22, B-1, B-52, and C-130, as well as high-fidelity T-6 systems (egress, electrical, fuel, hydraulics, pneudraulics) to support maintenance training. Additional tasks involve CV-22 instructional design services and training, and emergency egress training for F-16 and C-130 platforms.

This contract provides for delivery of virtual reality content creation, training, and assessment tools, as well as rapid content creation, playback, and analytics. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2023 and operation and maintenance funds will be used, but no funds are being awarded at this time. Sheppard AFB, Wichita Falls, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA3020-23-D-0006).
