Perry Management Corp of South Dakota LLC, Wahiawa, Hawaii, was awarded a $21,973,319 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for municipal solid waste management services. This contract provides for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform installation-wide municipal solid waste collection and disposal, to include asbestos disposal service. Work will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition and nine offers were received.
