This contract provides for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds services, shrubbery/tree trimming, stump removal, grass trimming, and debris/trash pickup; services will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2030.
