This contract provides for all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Work will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio- Fort Sam Houston, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2029. This contract was a sole source acquisition.
