THE CONTRACT PROVIDES ALL MANAGEMENT, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR NECESSARY TO ENSURE CUSTODIAL SERVICES ARE PERFORMED TO MAINTAIN SATISFACTORY FACILITY CONDITIONS AND PRESENT A CLEAN, NEAT, AND PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AT JBSA-FSH.
