This contract provides for all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, including Lackland Training Annex, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. This was a sole-source negotiated contract through the AbilityOne Program. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,173,434 are being obligated at the time of award.
