Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) contract with Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL) for analysis, research and development, and system engineering. JHU/APL, as a DOD UARC, performs design, development, and prototyping of space systems and instruments; conducts critical space experiments; analyzes and evaluates space systems and space-related data; and researches and develops systems for precision tracking, location, navigation, remote sensing, communication, characterization of the space environment, situational awareness, accurate discrimination, and targeting of threat objects in support of the Department of Defense.
