Government Description
Non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items/services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed in a manner that will promote healthy growth and present a professional appearance. Work is performed at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), Florida, and includes maintaining improved grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, fertilization, pest and weed control, lawn repair, and shrub pruning. The contract also covers maintenance of semi-improved and unimproved grounds, vegetative and inert beds, surface drainage ditches, tree pruning and removal, as well as emergency and special event services, hurricane season preparation, xeriscaping, and planting trees and shrubs.
