Government Description
THIS CONTRACT IS TO INCLUDE HVAC/CRAC REQUIREMENTS FOR PETERSON SFB AND AREA. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE NON-PERSONAL SERVICES, SUPERVISION, TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT TO MAINTAIN, UPGRADE, REPAIR, AND OPERATE ALL ELECTRICAL, HVAC, AND CRAC UNITS IN BUILDING 2 AND MULTIPLE BUILDINGS AT PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE (PSFB), INCLUDING LIMITED SUPPORT OF UPS SYSTEMS. TASKS INCLUDE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, ROUTINE SERVICE CALLS, EMERGENCY REPAIRS, AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, WITH SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES FOR RESPONSE TIMES AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL IN AREAS SERVED BY CRAC UNITS. ALL WORK WILL BE PERFORMED AT PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
