JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY APPLIED PHYSICS LABORATORY (JHU APL) SYSTEMS AND MISSION ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT, TEST AND ANALYSES. WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED IDIQ SOW AND SUBSEQUENT TASK ORDER SOWS. ADDITIONAL WORK INCLUDES SUPPORT FOR THE SPACE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY WARFIGHTER INTEGRATION CELL (WIC) UNDER TASK ORDER 0001.
