TITLE: FINITE ELEMENT SERVICES - GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY NEW TASK ORDER - URGENT - READY TO BE AWARDED SOLICITATION: DTNH22-14-R-00031 BASE AGREEMENT - PR-14-00386 FUNDING: $5000 THIS PURPOSE OF PROCUREMENT IS TO FINALIZE THE FIXED PLUS FEE IDIQ CONTRACT FOR GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY AND PAY THE MINIMUM OBLIGATION.
