Overview
Government Description
IDIQ contract for the operation, management and administration of a new Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) to support the national cybersecurity center of excellence (NCCOE). The work performed includes research, development, and engineering support services for cybersecurity frameworks, digital forensic research, cyber supply chain services, connected vehicle and smart city cybersecurity, artificial intelligence system security, blockchain cybersecurity, and support for election infrastructure guidelines. Additional tasks involve facilities management and operations, cybersecurity capacity building for foreign nations, support for public safety communications research, and technical support for hybrid satellite networks and operational technology security. The FFRDC also provides support for the development and demonstration of cybersecurity building blocks, use case implementation, and the creation of cybersecurity guidance and measures for federal and partner organizations.
