To provide for the environmental remediation services, demolition and removal services of facilities (CONTAMINATED), regulatory services and waste management services at the Navy reactors kesselring site, west milton, NY. Includes pre-remediation characterization such as waste characterization and contamination delineation sampling (including sample analysis), remediation activities, confirmation sampling, and support for Decontamination And Decommissioning (D&D). Additional tasks involve characterization of the nature and extent of chemical contamination in soil and groundwater in and around the former building H1 cooling tower and pump house at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (KAPL), as well as backfill and restoration following remediation.
