Santa ana IDIQ contract for Lead-Based Paint Evaluation Contractor (LEC) services in support of the reo lbp evaluation services. Provides all necessary equipment, management, materials, supervision, supplies, and services to coordinate and perform lead-based paint evaluation services at hud-owned single-family properties. Tasks include conducting lead-based paint visual assessment inspections, completing lead-based paint inspections and submitting reports, preparing lead-based paint stabilization plans, conducting clearance examinations and preparing clearance reports, delivering a quality control plan, and ensuring compliance with local notification requirements. All technical and clerical services, travel, printing, and related costs are included to ensure effective performance.
