Government Description
The principal purpose of this NASA Transformational Shared Services (NTSS) is to Provide Services To Support A Broad Range of Functional Activities For the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC). These Services Include Support for Financial Management (FM), Human Resources (HR), Procurement Services (PR), Agency Business Services (ABS), and Intelligent Automation Services (IAS), as well as business and technical services for the NSSC. Work performed under this award includes it development, it governance and service support, desktop support, cybersecurity services (CYS) including CYS development in the NSSC's servicenow instance and data Center Infrastructure, Ochco Development Support, Ssc OCIO Support for Researching New Technologies And Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, spm pryxis support, smo support, procurement developer support, and virtual agent services. The contract encompasses both transactional and level-of-effort services across these functional and technical domains.
