Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, & Support (EASSS) 3 provides a range of evaluation, assessment, study, and support services. Work performed includes technical, management, and cost evaluations of proposals and concept study reports for NASA astrophysics, heliophysics, and earth science missions; support for standing and independent review boards; cost model performance analyses; and subject matter expertise for mission planning, program management, and science office assessments. Additional tasks include support for senior reviews, development of evaluation standards, technical analysis for program offices, and specialized review and assessment activities for various NASA projects and missions.
