NASA FIRE SERVICES CONTRACT (NFSC) IS AN AGENCY-WIDE CONTRACT FOR FIRE SERVICES. THE CONTRACT PROVIDES FIRE OPERATIONS AND FIREFIGHTING, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES-PARAMEDIC (ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT), FIRE PROTECTION, FIRE PREVENTION INSPECTION PROGRAMS, FIRE SERVICES TRAINING, AND FIRE INVESTIGATIONS AT AMES RESEARCH CENTER, KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, STENNIS SPACE CENTER, WALLOPS FLIGHT FACILITY, AND WHITE SANDS TEST FACILITY. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES CRASH FIRE AND RESCUE PERSONNEL AND APPARATUS SUPPORT FOR SOUNDING ROCKET MISSION LAUNCHES, LAUNCH SUPPORT SERVICES, AND FIRE WATCH PATROLS AT WALLOPS FLIGHT FACILITY, AS WELL AS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND BASELINE FIRE SERVICES AT KENNEDY SPACE CENTER AND FIRE SERVICES AT AMES RESEARCH CENTER AND STENNIS SPACE CENTER.
