TECHNICAL SERVICES AT NASA'S AEROSPACE RESEARCH TECHNOLOGY AND SIMULATION (ARTS) FACILITIES AT AMES RESEARCH CENTER (ARC) AND THE FLIGHT SIMULATION FACILITIES AT LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER (LARC), VIRGINIA. INCLUDES OPERATING, MAINTAINING, AND UPGRADING SIMULATION AND PERSISTENT SOFTWARE FACILITIES AT ARC AND LARC, INCLUDING SIMULATORS SUCH AS THE CREW-VEHICLE SYSTEMS RESEARCH FACILITY, VERTICAL MOTION SIMULATION COMPLEX, FUTUREFLIGHT CENTRAL, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL LABORATORY, FEDERATED AIRSPACE MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK (FREDDIE), AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT TESTBED, SHERLOCK DATA WAREHOUSE, AND WORLDWIND. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE PROVIDING SYSTEM ENGINEERING SERVICES, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, TRAINING, PROCUREMENT SERVICES, AND PHASE-IN ACTIVITIES.
