Government Description
AIRCRAFT FLIGHT CREW SUPPORT - THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO SUPPORT THE FLIGHT CREW OPERATIONS OF ALL AIRCRAFT ASSIGNED TO ALL NASA CENTER AIRCRAFT. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT
LIMITED TO, 1) PERFORMING RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND SUSTAINMENT EFFORTS ACROSS A BROAD
SPECTRUM OF FUNCTIONAL DISCIPLINES IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY ASSIST IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF
GOVERNMENT OBJECTIVES, 2) SUPPORTING PROJECT DESIGN REVIEWS, TECHNICAL INTERCHANGE
MEETINGS, PROGRAM STATUS REVIEWS, FLIGHT READINESS REVIEWS, 3) ATTEND MEETINGS AND BE
PREPARED TO DISCUSS ACTIVITIES OR PRESENT DATA RELATED TO THE CONTRACT AS REQUESTED BY THE
GOVERNMENT, AND 4) SUPPORT SURGE DEMANDS IN STAFFING OR WORKLOADS DICTATED BY MISSION
DEPLOYMENTS, OPERATIONS OR MISSION REQUIREMENTS BY, FOR EXAMPLE, ADJUSTING SHIFTS,
ADDING MULTIPLE SHIFTS, OR PART TIME/TEMPORARY PERSONNEL.
