Government Description
Collaborating closely with members of the strategic resources office within ARPA-H, the contractor shall execute the following tasks: employee development and career management, career alignment, customized training, and leadership coaching. The contractor will also provide outplacement services, personalized coaching, systematic resolution of career-related obstacles, resume development, and expert assistance during career transitions. Includes supporting both individuals and teams through a comprehensive career lifecycle support framework, drawing on experience with other arpas and startup agencies to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition.
