INCLUDES REPLACING COPPER REHEAT PIPING, COILS, AND CONTROLS IN BUILDING 50 ON FLOORS 1I THROUGH 3I. THE PIPING SYSTEM IS IN POOR CONDITION AND HEAVILY OCCLUDED WITH PARTICULATES, REQUIRING REPLACEMENT TO MITIGATE SIGNIFICANT OPERATIONAL RISKS.
