Poolesville facilities maintenance and services provides ongoing maintenance and support for facilities at the nihac poolesville campus. Work performed includes an air balance airflow survey and mapping for building 103, complete replacement of a variable frequency drive for exhaust fan #1A in building 110A, replacement of heat exchanger tubes in building 102, replacement of underground water main valves at the poolesville water tower, replacement of the simplex fire alarm panel in building 103, installation of an actuator and airflow monitoring sensors in building 103 room 311A, and installation of equipment and supporting equipment for two feed rooms in buildings 102 and 103.
