Provide mechanical and refrigeration support for all constant temperature room routine and emergency maintenance repairs, replacements, and perform biannual Preventative Maintenance (PM) inspections, in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Includes preventive maintenance inspections, repair and emergency services, replacement of water heaters and vacuum pumps, restoration and replacement of cold box mechanical parts, replacement and start-up of constant temperature room equipment, and replacement and testing of condensing unit equipment and major components in various buildings to ensure proper operations.
