Access to elsevier's sciencedirect, scopus, embase, and reaxys online services is provided. The contractor supplies NIH and HHS staff with electronic access to select elsevier journals, including cell press titles, via sciencedirect, with cumulative access to articles published since 1995 or the journal's inclusion on the platform. The contractor also provides access to scopus, embase, and reaxys databases, options for elsevier online tools and resources (such as scival, monitor, scopus ai, and scopus data SETS), text data mining, ebooks, online reference works, and journal backfiles. Additional options include expanding access to all HHS agencies (excluding CDC and FDA), adding or canceling journal titles, and license terms supporting interlibrary loan and government submissions.
