The program supports the assessment of pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and safety of promising therapeutic candidates, including small molecules, peptides, and biologics, to advance compounds through phase I clinical testing. Includes development and validation of analytical methods, in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) studies, preclinical acute and long-term toxicity evaluations in various species, safety pharmacology studies, genotoxicity and carcinogenicity assessments, and in vitro predictive adme/tox assays. The program also provides non-glp and glp IND-enabling toxicology services, including Dose Range Finding (DRF) studies in rodents, dogs, rabbits, and non-human primates, to support Investigational New Drug (IND) applications.
