Maintenance of the NHLBI biologic specimen repository. The contractor serves as the NHLBI biologic specimen repository (BIOREPOSITORY) and provides facilities and scientific and technical expertise to efficiently acquire, maintain, and distribute biospecimens collected from nhlbi-funded clinical studies. The contractor is responsible for coordinating specific services needed to accomplish these tasks and for regularly communicating BIOREPOSITORY activities to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), while operating under applicable federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and guidelines.
