Government Description
Supplemental prime vendor blanket purchase agreement for items not available on the prime vendor contract. This BPA provides pharmaceutical supplies and products not available through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) pharmacy prime vendor contract, supporting a continuous requirement for the Indian Health Service (IHS) nationwide to provide for and treat IHS patients. The contractor supplies open market pharmaceuticals and medical/surgical supplies to multiple IHS facilities and service units, including but not limited to gallup indian medical center, phoenix indian medical center, and various regional health centers, on an as-needed basis. These supplies are specifically for medications and related products not covered by the VA pharmaceutical prime vendor program.
