Government Description
NAIHS teleradiology services provides teleradiology services for Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) medical facilities. The contractor interprets electronic Medical Images, Including X-Ray (CR/DR), Computed Axial Tomography (CT), Computed Axial Tomography Angiography (CTA), Mammography (MM), mammography digital breast tomosynthesis 3D, ultrasound (US), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and dual energy x-ray (DEXA). All services are performed in compliance with FDA, Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) for mammography services, the joint commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act of 1996 and Privacy Act (HIPAA) requirements. Services provided to NAIHS service units including chinle comprehensive healthcare facility, kayenta health center, inscription house health center, northern navajo medical center, crownpoint comprehensive healthcare facility, and gallup indian medical center.
