Firm fixed-price, non-personal service type, commercial item, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance based contract to provide reference laboratory testing and pathology services for twelve (12) locations within the great plains. Services include laboratory testing, pathology consultations, and on-site clinical consult visits at various Indian Health Service (IHS) hospitals and health centers such as pine ridge, kyle, wanblee, fort yates, standing rock, rosebud, cheyenne river, lower brule, sisseton, fort thompson, Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility (QNBMHF), and wagner. Work performed covers monthly and quarterly laboratory inspections, provision of lab supplies, pathology site visits, and electronic pathologist consultations to support patient care. Reference laboratory testing and pathology services are delivered across multiple facilities in South Dakota and North Dakota.
