Government Description
Hospital Leadership And Management Support (HLMS) for readiness provides consultation and professional support services to federal Indian Health Service (IHS) healthcare facilities, with an emphasis on healthcare leadership, accreditation, and operational and financial management support. The contractor delivers advisory, consultative, mentoring, training, and technical assistance services, including deploying subject matter experts (SMES) to facilities, conducting gap analyses against CMS conditions of participation and accreditation standards, and developing corrective action plans. Additional tasks include guiding facility leadership in compliance, quality assessment, performance improvement, patient safety, risk management, infection prevention and control, and establishing sustainable programs to address compliance and enhance operations. The contractor also supports executive leadership in integrating change management practices for sustained organizational success.
