Government Description
The purpose of the usaid mel-si IDIQ contract is to provide monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategic information support services to usaid/Uganda’s technical offices and implementing partners. These services strengthen performance management by generating a technical evidence base to guide the mission’s programming. The contract includes technical support to advance cdcs objectives through evidence-based programming, implementation of a comprehensive performance management and reporting system for health, HIV/AIDS, and ovc portfolios, and support for strengthening gou management information systems for ovc. It also involves systematic analysis of usaid/Uganda’s effectiveness in advancing policy priorities such as gender equity, social inclusion, localization, climate resilience, and private sector engagement.
