PROCUREMENT OF ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES UTILIZED IN SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE EFFORT FOR ALL USCG AIRCRAFT. INCLUDES PROVIDING ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE USCG AVIATION LOGISTICS CENTER (ALC) PRODUCT LINES, INCLUDING RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY ISSUES, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT TO UPGRADE, CONVERT, AND SUSTAIN USCG AIRCRAFT. SERVICES PROVIDED FOR THE SHORT RANGE RECOVERY (SRR), MEDIUM RANGE RECOVERY (MRR), MEDIUM RANGE SURVEILLANCE (MRS), AND LONG RANGE SURVEILLANCE (LRS) DIVISIONS AT THE ALC IN ELIZABETH CITY, NC. TASKS ARE PERFORMED ON AN 'AS NEEDED' BASIS TO MEET GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO AIRCRAFT CONVERSION, UPGRADE, AND SUSTAINMENT.
