Award of Repair, Upgrade, And Overhaul of The Airborne Software Defined Apco P25 Transceiver (RT-5000) radio and the Data Bus Control Unit (DBCU) 1553 ethernet. Includes repair, overhaul, and upgrade of RT-5000, RT-5000 sar, and DBCU components for use on USCG MH-60T and HC-144 aircraft, including test and evaluation, firmware and software updates, functional checks, and addressing corrosion issues. The contractor is required to perform repairs and modifications, including conversion of -5411 to -5111, and minor upgrades or changes as defined in the statement of work. All work must comply with certification requirements and utilize approved airworthy parts.
