Government Description
IDIQ is issued for security screening services at airports nationwide, under the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP). These services include comprehensive screening of passengers and baggage at participating airports, immediate implementation of TSA directives during urgent security events, staffing and operation of all screening locations, compliance with TSA directives and standard operating procedures (SOPS), participation in TSA-directed security initiatives, management of wait times, and conducting layered security activities such as Advanced Threat Local Allocation Strategy (ATLAS) activities. The contractor is also responsible for submitting management plans including passenger and baggage claims management plan, transition plan, and service migration plan, as well as regular performance monitoring through Contractor Performance Management Plans (CPMP) and participation in performance management reviews (PMRS). Privatized screening services provided to support the screening partnership program at various locations throughout the country.
