Government Description
Explosive Detection Canine Team (EDCT) services provided in manhattan, NYC, NY and bethesda, MD. Contractors are responsible for supplying and maintaining all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, files, and other resources necessary for EDCT services. Services include ongoing basic services at vehicle screening checkpoints and temporary additional services for short-term needs such as increased hours for special events or seasonal fluctuations, across approximately 1-5 facilities in New York city, NY and the Washington D.C. Area. All personnel must meet Federal Protective Service (FPS) training, certification, and suitability standards, and a secret level facility security clearance is required.
