Government Description
West zone - IDIQ contract that can successfully and expeditiously supplement Public Assistance (PA) activities following presidentially declared disasters. The contract acquires qualified contractor personnel with technical skills to support FEMA PA services, including site inspection, field technical support, program delivery manager (PDMG) support, equipment rate development, Community Disaster Loan (CDL) program support, PA appeals, audits and arbitration, PA program analysis, Cost Estimating Format (CEF) support, and additional technical support such as program design, training, mitigation, and Environmental And Historic Preservation (EHP). Contractor personnel also Provide National-Level Technical Assistance For Training, Planning, Project Management, Feasibility Studies, And Strategy Options for FEMA Personnel. Support Is Provided To State, Tribal, Local Governments, And Eligible Private Nonprofit (PNP) organizations to help communities respond to and recover from major disasters or emergencies.
