Overview
Government Description
To establish an IDIQ contract for financial forensic support services. The contract provides specialized support to high-impact financial investigations targeting transnational criminal organizations (TCOS) as a priority area for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Financial Crimes Unit (FCU). Tasks include enhancing investigative and analytical support, training and development, strategic communications, updating information technologies for HSI program management, and conducting analysis of complex financial and business records to support federal investigations. Support is provided for active investigations across HSI units, including the counterproliferation mission center, information exchange unit, financial crimes unit, and human smuggling unit, at designated CONUS and OCONUS government sites.
