Government Description
Less lethal chemical munitions provided to support law enforcement operations and training for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and related agencies. Includes the procurement of less lethal specialty impact and chemical munitions, distraction devices, and area saturation munitions, including 40MM rounds and pepperball projectiles. These munitions are used for operational deployment, crowd control, and training activities for Special Response Teams (SRT), Enforcement And Removal Operations (ERO), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP). Specialty munitions such as tri-chamber flameless cs grenades and multiple detonation distraction devices are also included to support law enforcement classes, field use, and demonstration control.
