VEHICLE DISPOSAL SERVICES, SALES CENTER. PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION (CBP), INCLUDING MANAGING AND DISPOSING OF VEHICLES NO LONGER NEEDED BY THE AGENCY, MAXIMIZING PROCEEDS FROM VEHICLE SALES AND PARTS RECYCLING, AND DELIVERING TIMELY REPORTS AND DATA AS REQUIRED BY CBP. THE CONTRACTOR IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING A QUALITY ASSURANCE AND MANAGEMENT PLAN AND ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH EFFECTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION. SERVICES ARE PERFORMED AT LOCATIONS DESIGNATED BY CBP, PRIMARILY IN WASHINGTON, DC.
