Government Description
Full service design IDIQ. This contract provides Architect and Engineering (A-E) services for the Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), supporting projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming on behalf of various federal land management agencies and other federal partners. Work performed includes preliminary through final design, post-design services, environmental compliance studies (including cultural, biological, and aquatic resource surveys), scoping and project delivery planning, design support during construction, environmental mitigation, and permit monitoring for roadway, bridge, trail, and facility improvement projects in diverse and environmentally sensitive areas. Tasks also encompass technical analyses, independent concrete analysis, and support for claim defense and trial preparation as required by specific projects.
