Government Description
This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Design Build (DB) contract for design and construction to replace the fire detection and annunciation systems (FDAAS) at numerous FAA facilities throughout the USA. Work performed includes design, construction, and replacement of fire alarm and life safety systems at various FAA Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT), artccs, and other facilities nationwide. Tasks include fire alarm system replacements, Fire Life Safety (FLS) upgrades, and Inspection, Testing, And Maintenance (ITM) of FDAAS at multiple locations such as miami ATCT, shreveport ATCT, boston artcc, anchorage, and others. The contract also covers upgrades and new installations of FLS systems at airports and related FAA facilities across the United States.
