Government Description
ATC facilities and engineering services Architectural And Engineering (A/E) design services contract provides design services for Air Traffic Control (ATC) facilities. Work performed includes architecture and engineering services for enroute facilities environmental wing addition design, modernization programs, annual lifecycle roll-up reports, condition and lifecycle assessment reports, design reviews for terminal facilities, underground utility projects, construction support and commissioning services for HVAC replacement, structural assessments, downsput design, updating standard designs, and general engineering, design, and construction management support. Additional tasks include program management, command center projects focused on optimizing operations room floors, and relocation support per performance plan.
