FAA Leadership And Learning Institute (FLLI). The majority of trainings, estimated at 80%, are conducted at the vendor’s facility near a large airport, with flexibility to support trainings at FAA regional offices or other locations throughout the continental United States. Work performed includes supporting the DOT competency project and funding OPM's leadership potential assessments for the FAA aspiring managers program. The contract also provides learning services for FAA personnel.
