This award provides financial and program management support services. Work performed includes A-123 oversight and support for various DOT agencies, financial analysis and reporting, program management, data governance and strategy, investment analysis, business operations support, technical training, and audit services. Additional tasks encompass support for financial modernization initiatives, risk analysis, cybersecurity competency framework training, budget formulation and execution, and strategic planning. The contractor also assists with regulatory compliance, grant review, and organizational change management across multiple DOT programs.
