IDIQ base contract for FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) as referenced in the undefinitized letter contract dated 08/10/2026. The FENS program will provide highly available and secure communications, information management services, and capabilities required by the FAA to support its mission of maintaining the safest, most efficient aerospace system. FENS will also deliver access to administrative information systems and functions such as e-mail, payroll, and online training, with services segmented into distinct networking capabilities including critical services, essential services, and administrative services. The initial task order includes early start-up planning and development activities.
