Government Description
THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE INTEGRATOR OF THE BRAND NEW AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM (BNATCS) INDEFINITE-DELIVERY/INDEFINITE-QUANTITY ACQUISITION CONTRACT (IAC), WITH THE POTENTIAL VALUE DETERMINED BY THE CUMULATIVE TOTAL OF NEEDS PACKAGES AWARDED UNDER SPECIFIC DELIVERY ORDERS. THE INTEGRATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION, SYSTEM PRODUCTION AND PROCUREMENT, FACILITY AND SYSTEM ENGINEERING, TEST AND EVALUATION SUPPORT, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, AND LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT. INCLUDES UPDATING EXISTING SYSTEMS, EVOLVING NAS CAPABILITIES WITH NEW FACILITIES AND AUTOMATION PLATFORMS, AND MAINTAINING ONGOING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE. ALL TASKS ARE PERFORMED AT FAA FACILITIES ACROSS THE NATIONAL AIRSPACE SYSTEM (NAS), INCLUDING REMOTE EQUIPMENT SITES AS REQUIRED.
