Government Description
IDIQ for hrdo technical support services and lab support for the saxton transportation operations laboratory (SAXTON LAB). Includes providing technical laboratory management services for the efficient and safe operations and management of lab facilities, equipment, testbeds, and research vehicles; conducting advanced transportation operations research and development projects and tasks, including technical assistance, technical studies, laboratory and field experiments, and the development, design, and integration of systems for enhanced mobility, safety, and sustainability; and delivering communications, outreach, and marketing materials, including conference and demonstration support and website development. Task orders performed under this contract include research and development for Cooperative Driving Automation (CDA), Connected And Automated Vehicles (CAV), Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in traffic management, simulation and modeling tools, standards development and testing, data management, and support for human factors research and emerging transportation technologies.
