WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, CUSTODIAL CARE VESSEL WORK, SHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO MAINTAIN AMERICAN BUREAU OF SHIPPING (ABS) CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY CERTIFICATES, OVERSIGHT OF REGULATORY DRY DOCK, SUPPORT FOR VESSEL ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION, PROVISION OF PER DIEM AND UTILITIES DURING OUTPORT BERTH PERIODS, AND AT-SEA OPERATIONAL TESTING TO DECLARE VESSELS READY FOR SEA. ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE PROVIDING LABOR, MATERIALS, AND COST REIMBURSABLE ITEMS FOR VESSEL SUPPORT, AS WELL AS SUPPORT FOR SPECIFIC PHASES OF VESSEL OPERATIONS.
